In their words

What managed clients say.

We used to run our medical wholesale SEO across four or five people and a difficult management process — disjointed teams, disjointed reporting. ToolkitStack replaced all of it with one tool. We spend less, the output is easily ten times what we managed before, and it’s all in one place: the weekly report shows exactly what’s been done and how things are tracking. And it’s working — we’ve seen substantial organic growth, in direct sales and in signups.
Medical wholesale business Managed ToolkitStack client
A disjointed team and strategy had cost us a big drop in traffic, and our content was thin and repetitive — weak product descriptions across the board. ToolkitStack rewrote thousands of product descriptions accurately and factually, and where we had experimental products outside our usual range it took a different, considered strategy rather than one-size-fits-all. With stronger quality checks, internal linking and citations in place, our traffic has been recovering.

Fully managed means fully managed

You are not buying another SEO tool for your team to operate.

The operating system we use to run your programme and document the work — you get visibility and input without inheriting another workflow.

What this replaces

One managed programme instead of a fragmented growth team.

  • SEO strategy and prioritisation
  • Content writers and editors
  • Technical SEO and WordPress development
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Authority building and outreach
  • The SEO tool stack
A comparable in-house growth team ~£8,000–£15,000 per month, before tools

Built-in medical review & author authority

Named medical-reviewer sign-off and author E-E-A-T, built into the platform.

For YMYL content, who wrote and reviewed it drives both ranking and patient trust. We attach real author profiles, route sensitive content through a qualified reviewer before it goes live, and publish author and “medically reviewed by” signals as structured data — a layer most SEO tools simply do not have.

Named author profiles

Real authors with credentials and authoritative links (registry, ORCID) as author E-E-A-T markup — not an anonymous brand byline.

Medical reviewer sign-off

A qualified reviewer signs off YMYL content before publish; the page shows a “Medically reviewed by …” line and date.

Review lane before publishing

Sensitive content is held in a review queue until approved. Any later edit re-opens review, so sign-off is never stale.

Structured E-E-A-T markup

Author and reviewer schema plus a visible byline, written into the page so the signal persists for readers and search engines.

A professional review layer — not a transfer of clinical responsibility.

Qualified oversight and verifiable E-E-A-T signals — you keep final medical, legal and regulatory responsibility, and review follows your own rules. Standard on medical programmes.

AI-operated, human-governed

Agency-scale execution, without the agency headcount — or the reckless auto-publishing.

Research, production and technical work run through the platform — governed by site rules, review gates and rollback, and built for classic search and AI answers (AEO/GEO) alike — so one founder-led programme out-delivers a team several times its size, while people control what goes live.

Agency-scale delivery Human-governed, not auto-published Built for AI Overviews & LLM answers Evidence-led, continuously

Foundations first

Get the foundations right, then scale what works.

Established sites rarely need more pages first — they need the estate they have reviewed and strengthened (keep, consolidate, repair, improve) so growth compounds instead of competing with itself.

Evidence-first operating model

We start from the site’s condition, the commercial opportunity and the evidence — strengthen the foundations, then scale what works.

Retain

Protect pages, products and content that already contribute to organic performance.

Consolidate

Merge overlapping pages and product content that split intent, authority or crawl attention.

Correct

Fix technical, metadata, indexing and internal-linking issues before scaling output.

Improve

Refresh content, product pages and categories around commercial priority and verified search demand.

How it works

A managed delivery lifecycle, not another workflow for your team.

  1. 01

    Review and prioritisation

Assess the site, search presence, content estate and technical condition — a clear picture before anything changes.

  2. 02

    Remediation and foundations

Set baselines, fix inherited issues and agree approval rules — usually the first 30–60 days.

  3. 03

    Ongoing delivery

Agreed technical, content, product and on-page improvements in WordPress, with weekly reporting.

  4. 04

    Measurement and adaptation

Monitor performance, report completed work and adapt priorities on a monthly roadmap.

Controlled execution

The platform supports the work. It does not replace oversight.

You can keep approval over sensitive content. We follow the brand, compliance and approval rules you supply, and don’t replace medical, legal or regulatory review.

  • Human review before sensitive changes
  • Client approval gates where required
  • Before-and-after change records
  • Backups and rollback paths
  • Protected pages and content locks
  • Site-specific brand and content rules
  • Full activity history
  • Controlled WordPress access

Managed client results

Fully managing SEO across a five-site pharmacy group.

Anonymised. A Canadian online pharmacy group across five WordPress / WooCommerce sites — retail pharmacy, wholesale medical supply, and a non-transactional telehealth site.

Starting problem Hundreds of near-identical articles, falling organic traffic, generic ~300-word product pages and heavy technical debt — with almost no visibility from the previous team.
What ToolkitStack manages A fully managed programme: consolidation and redirects, technical repair, YMYL product and content rebuilds, anti-cannibalisation guards, continuous optimisation, off-site authority and automated weekly reporting.

Where the cleanup is complete, growth follows.

Since moving to ToolkitStack, one of the group’s sites has grown its average monthly organic revenue to ten times what it was before, with organic traffic up 85.34% — and that site’s organic revenue alone now returns roughly 28× the monthly cost of the whole programme.

Across the portfolio, visibility is compounding; revenue is recovering as cleanup completes and growing where it is already done.

Every client programme is currently overseen directly by Gordon. To keep delivery genuinely founder-led, ToolkitStack takes on a limited number of new programmes at a time.

FAQ

Questions before requesting a site review.

Is ToolkitStack software that my team has to operate?

No — it is the platform we use to deliver your programme. Research, production, implementation and reporting are managed for you; your team gets a dashboard for visibility, reports and any approvals you keep.

Does my website need to use WordPress?

Yes. ToolkitStack is currently available for WordPress and WooCommerce sites. Other platforms may follow later.

What do I get in the free site review?

A personalised written report on your website: how you compare against a ranking competitor, content quality, whether Google's AI Overviews cite you, and a technical check — each with prioritised, actionable fixes. It is delivered as a private link, normally within one business day, and needs no access to your site.

How quickly will I hear back?

I reply to every enquiry personally, normally within one business day — site-review requests come back with your report link attached.

Does ToolkitStack publish AI content automatically?

We use AI-assisted workflows where useful, but it is not bulk-publishing: work is governed by site rules, review requirements, change records and rollback.

Can you provide medical reviewers and author credentials?

Yes. On medical programmes we attach named, credentialed author profiles and route YMYL content through a qualified reviewer before publish, showing author and “medically reviewed by” signals as structured data. You retain final medical, legal and regulatory responsibility.

How do you handle data protection and compliance?

We work with website content, analytics and SEO data — not patient records. We operate under UK GDPR (PIPEDA for Canadian clients), can sign a DPA, and follow the rules you supply. You retain approval of what is published.

Are links included?

Not in the core service. Authority building is a separately scoped programme so budget and placement quality stay transparent.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes — three months, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. Most clients run six-month programmes, which is how the work lands best: foundations first, visibility turning in the first quarter, revenue following. The three-month minimum exists so you are never locked in.

Do you cover local and “near me” SEO?

Yes. For premises-based businesses: LocalBusiness schema, location and service-area pages, consistent NAP and local rank tracking. For online pharmacies with no shop we focus on localized organic and AI-answer visibility, not a map listing — we never fake a storefront.

Do you guarantee rankings or revenue?

No responsible provider can guarantee a specific ranking or revenue result. We set a baseline, record completed work and report progress transparently.
